After initially diagnosing the issue and taking some measurements, he personally ordered the fans I picked out (so I didn't have to go out and buy them), then he showed up on time and installed them both in half the time I figured it would take. Plus he's a funny guy, and I really enjoyed talking with him. We called Bill for an emergency service on a weekend at 10 pm. He was at our house within 30 minutes, reset our breaker box, and even waited 2 hrs. while Santee Cooper fixed the main line at the street just to make sure our electric was up and running. Really nice guy and exceptional service. He didn't even want to charge us! We will definitely call Circuit Electric for all our electrical needs in the future!
